Hello all, I have another situation with one of my colleagues. The Stage-II in India is taking time and the end date of the DS-2019 is approaching in a month. The University has agreed to extend the DS-2019 form for another year, but the new one will have a new end date. Everything else like program number (SEVIS), position, and salary will not change. Will the changed end date on DS-2019 will put him in trouble? Will he need to start the waiver process from scratch? Thank you for any insights on this.
