    hi! NVC sent me a letter stating that they sent my petition to casa on April 16th for my Adils K3 , I heard 3 months too, his brother has been married to an american for 5 yrs , he had to wait 3 months also from NOA2 to consulate interview that was 5 yrs ago! I will keep checking in to see if anyone answered you, I am curious too, Diana
