Hey @AE5794 I don't think this is a big issue from "my understanding a green slip, means the US Embassy or Consulate needs more information or administrative processing before issuing a visa.When a passport is returned with a green slip, it signifies that the visa application is on hold, not permanently denied. The passport is returned because the consular officer cannot yet issue the visa". so the question I have for you are; what were the standard questions you were asked and for the CV part was it that he expected your CV to be updated or did he ask you for an updated CV?
Just like @appleblossom said if your occupation is on the TAL List or you had visited high risk countries might be another issue for them to put you in AP.
