it looks like they finally started moving over at the CSC today! our NOA1 was June 3rd, and our touch was for today. So excited!!!!! Hoping to hear good news about an NOA2 soon, will keep everyone posted and keep sending good thoughts to everyone on here!

i am so used to checking the site and seeing "last updated 06/10/2010" that i about had a heart attack when i saw 10/15/2010 pop up!

Likewise; yesterday the case status change on the webpage and today I got the email that the application was approved on 2010-10-14. Before that not even a touch. I did not call to check the status because my 5 monts was not up yet.

Hi everyone. Congratulations to those who got their visas or NOA2!

Our application (I129F) was received by USCIS on July 20, 2009. Today I called NCSC and the person said they can't accept a "service request" because they are processing applications from July 16, 2009. They suggested to calling four days from today and ask for the processing date at that time. I called the congressman on July 10 (not heard anything yet).

Please advice.

We want to get marry and need to know which is the best way and faster. Is the best way going to Algeria and get marry there (K-3) or apply for a K1? How we can make the arragement?
