    I am DQ'd in Nov 2024 and still waiting for IL ! Mine is F3 and became current in July's Visa Bulletin. There are few people in this group on a family based visa awaiting IL.

    @appleblossom timeline updated to best of my understanding. For info - Immigration category is F3 with the PD 27th June 2011 and DQ'd on 18th Nov 2024 . Become current in July's VB. Thanks

    @Oyoafin how to get access to discord server ? Do you know if anyone ( from London consulate) under Employment-Based or Family-Sponsored Preference categories had interview letter this month ? IR1 CR1 comes under immediate relatives categories and always have visa available.

    @iaiyam1 Still awaiting IL. My prority date become current in July's visa bulletin with DQ'd date Nov 2024, F3 category . I don't think anyone has received IL since 10th June .

    @appleblossom My PD ( June 2011) is still not current in chart A so I am in the same boat as @Marcus 27 .. Needs to monitor VB every month until PD become current in chart A

    @Marcus 27 Are you in the F3 category awaiting an interview in London? Yes Have you got an interview date after being DQ in Nov 2024? No As I said you need to wait until your priority date become current in chart A of the visa bulletin for F3 which is currently 1st July 2010 . For an interview, we need to use char A's data (FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES) Roughly it will take another 10 to 12 months to get an interview letter but it all depends on how quickly they move priority dates in coming visa bulletins.

    Hi, You need to wait until your priority date become current in chart A of the visa bulletin for F3 . My PD is June -2011 , DQ- Nov 24 .
