The person who is interviewing her placed her "certificate" on hold until she receives this document. I'm not sure if she should try to schedule another interview in hopes of getting a more reasonable person. -

Apparently, she needs to attend a CFO seminar and undergo an interview, and the person conducting the interview has requested the certified duplicate, even though, logically, it makes no sense. Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)

My fiance is missing the Certified duplicate of the I-129F form. How do we request a copy, and how long does it take to send it? Can they send it via email?

I am gathering required documents for my fiance interview, and I have question in regards to the bank statement. I have an official letter from the bank that is intended to use for sponsorship. This document shows how much was deposited, spent, and current balance for rhe entire year. Will this work? Or will a fiance interview required a statement that shows a ledger of spending?

Has anyone heard of VSF Global being part of the visa process? My fiance said she scheduled via vsfglobal.comwhich gave her payment information to go to a RCBC bank to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed she is instructed to go to: https://www.usvisascheduling.com/ Has anyone heard of this? Is it a scam?

I am a bit concerned with Trump's stance on immigration and deportation. Has anyone noticed this transition impacting processing times? Or has anyone noticed a hight rate of denial? My NOA1 was on September 11th, but no updates since then.
