Does anyone know how immigration interview spots are allocated in countries where the embassy serves multiple countries? For example, the US embassy in Nairobi, Kenya serves Kenya, Uganda, and Burundi for immigration interviews. Are all the interviews allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, or are percentages of monthly interviews allocated to each country based on say population, usual appointments and if a spot is not needed, they are allocated to other countries served by the embassy? Or does it depend on the embassy?
