    My sister’s took 3 years including interview and my dad is a green card holder. She is more than 21 now but was under 21 when the petition was filed.

    They can wa it in the usa and go back home whenever the interview is ready in their home country. It’s a win win situation.

    For my N-400 it was accurate for me. My 1-30 we have the exact same dates for filing and first action. Mine drastically changed after my case was updated to 1R1 It’s currently at 2 months now. I will follow up if it was updated.

    Any update as yet? I have the same PD and my husband is in Jamaica too.

    Keep calling them, thats what i had to do to get mine upgraded 2 months later.
