Ok i understand we call it "get it approved " to having his papers. But just for him to travel to the US? Is it any before that? We dont mind waiting for the approval in the US -
Hi, I already had the interview with my fiance for his k1 visa. He got denied because on his records there was still reflecting a case that happened over 10 years ago. We already cleared it out, but still told us to apply to a i-601 waiver. Will he be able to travel first in order to process the k-1 visa? I just would like to know if it really takes 22 months for him to travel.
