We are so excited....my K1 Visa came in the mail today. Now the sleep countdown is on! Thanks to all who gave us help along the way. I was also very pleased to have meet two fellow V-Jer's in Montreal. My honey is already planning AOS, I just want a little break from it all. Good luck to all still waiting.

OMG. All this time I thought we could go through Toronto. I did the same thing as the OP and put Toronto on my I-129f.

In the Canadian forums it looks like Montreal is really slow in processing, but the processing time shows 30 days? Is that accurate?

How far is it from Hamilton, Ontario to Montreal?

383 miles He'll have to fly. I can't believe there are only two offices in Canada that do the interviews.

Thats pretty much what that means... I live in TO too so... I get the feeling.. BUT Porter flies to Montreal cheap.. just make sure you look ahead!!

Be thankful you dont have to go to Vancouver.. Im driving down to MTL... its about 5 hours!

the phone number of the USCIS is on your NOA1 if i remember well.

(and i think it's the job of the US citizen to call them)

the touches is if your date change on the uscis website (online case thing) when u register there with your noa1 case number.

And some get approved without touches (i am a good exemple)

Where does one get their medical done???

Which is the best, quickest and safest postal service to use for sending the K1 packet and cheque? My fiance thinks Fedex is probebly the most reliable. She wants to keep track of it, when she sends it. I have seen a few posts on here with other filers getting there's lost.

I havent heard anything since January..... whats with the touching... how do I find out if Im touched..... Im part of the email thing... which well i dont wanna say anything... but...... it sucks .... butt
