Hello there,
I have been looking for some information on the K2 application for AOS and haven't been able to get a clear answer to my questions.
1) would I use the K1 "A" number on the K2 applicants forms?
2) would I fill out a G-325A separately for the K2 applicant or is it covering with the k1's G-325A form?
3) I assume while filing them together they should be separate form packets within the same overall package?
Any other tips on the K2 forms would be helpful.
Thanks very much, this site has been invaluable to us in our past 9 months of applications/forms.

1) No. Each person has a separate A number.
2) If the child is under age 14 no G-325a is needed. If over age 14 then a separate G-325a
3) Send everything in one envelope. I put a binder clamp on the separate filings to spearate them.
You can make one check for everything or separate for each person. Make sure the amount is correct or they will reject it.
Thank you!

A# for K-2 Holder
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

I've got the same question about the A# for my stepdaughter (K2)?
I received the K1 A# on the NOA but nothing for my stepdaughter. Nothing on her Visa either. In the forms it says "(if any") on most forms so I am assuming it can be submitted without.
thanks!
