Yes, bring ur chest x-ray film with you they might consider it. There is no harm in asking....
By the way, we have the same interview date. When are u going to have ur medical and from where in the Philippines are you from?
Thanks to you all for replying. I might as well bring my chest xray and try my luck. I do hope they would consider it.

Hello. I just wanna ask if the CEMAR that is to be submitted for the interview are both from the Intending Immigrant(applicant) and Petitioner or just the applicant?
I have read somewhere only the applicant but I cant find the forum. Hope you can enlighten me.
Thank you.

A few people have posted getting an RFE for missing DS-230 package. This is common if your packages arrived at different times. I wouldn't worry too much, just call them on Tuesday (not sure that they are open on Monday) and speak to a supervisor.
THANKS FOR THE REPLIES. AND U ARE CORRECT QUEUEDUP NO OFFICE MONDAY...ITS A HOLIDAY
I GUESS HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY TO KNOW WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON.

Hello everyone.
Finally we are now at NVC. I have a question any inputs will be highly appreciated. We have sent our AOS and DS 230 last Feb 2, 2009. Per NVC AVR they got it last Feb 5, 2009. When I called again last Feb 13, 2009 the AVR says " we have reviewed ur documents and fine some lacking or incomplete. we have sent u a letter dtd feb 10, 2009. "
My husband got the letter today and it says that they have not received the DS230. He tried calling but since its weekend no operators are available. We have mailed the DS230 last Feb 2, 2009 but ATTN CMR, the letter we got says that we should send it to NVC Attn DR. Now, am worried that we need to resend the papers to DR? or CMR will just forward it to DR? Hope u can enlighten me. I cant wait till Monday so I can talk to an operator
but for now I just want some insights.
Thank you very much

Hello!!! I am the intending Immigrant. My husband is the USC. His income is not sufficient to meet the 125% poverty line so we are going to include my income so we can meet it. My income will continue from the same source. I have boarding houses which i rent out. Now my question is what proofs do the NVC/USCIS need? What do i need to show to them that it will continue from the same source even if am already abroad?
Thank you in advance for any replies/suggestions/comments you can give us.

On the I-864
Income from the intending immigrant, if that income will continue from the same source after immigration, and if the intending immigrant is currently living in your residence. If the intending immigrant is your spouse, his or her income can be counted regardless of current residence, but it must continue from the same source after he or she becomes a lawful permanent resident.
For evidence:
First, the income must be continuing from the same source after he or she obtains lawful permanent resident status, and second, the intending immigrant must currently live with you in your residence. Evidence must be provided to support both requirements.
I would imagine you would have to show your stake in the boarding house (lease/mortgage papers)(licenses), show you receive money from it, (bank records/deposits).
Hi Thank you for the reply. Highly appreciated.

Hi. I think she can still have her medical even if she is on her period.
