Yes I filled 1-90 on march and I just got a denial for him . The letter says in attach . And my son is 17hyr now he came in when he was 9yr his card expired 2019

We got married the year 2014

Marriage was more than two years old before 12//17/17. I am not sure what is marriage based card but I will say we got married in Ghana for a couple of years before I was granted a visa .

I was not applying to renew I was applying to replace and it got renewed automatically. And I don’t know why child received CR2. Yes I filed I-90 I believe is the same form used to replace stolen

Yes I did have a 10 year green card that was missing together with my wallet, so I actually was applying to replace the stolen one and then when it came back it said the new expiry was 07/20/34 and I’ve been a resident legally since 12/17/17

No my card was not conditional I actually just tried to renew it last two years it was automatically extended 7yrs more ,and yes we came together at the time I secured an enterview my ex came to my home country (Ghana) went to interview with me ,and 6months temporarily visas was granted so we left together to the USA . We both received green cards after a couple of months of being here . I just didnot know at the time his was conditional.

I am the father of the beneficiary my ex wife petition for me and my son to come here . I have a green card but we just found out his was conditional and we tried to renew it and was denied .

Me and my spouse been separated (not legally) how do I help my son remove the condition on his green card? We was married for about 3yrs before we came to America .Any hell will go a long way since I have only 30 days to respond to this before the decision is final . Thank you in advance

Hi everyone. What can I possible do to help my son in this situation if me,and my spouse are no more together and didnot remove this condition when we was together . I am not sure whats stopping me , maybe cos my green card got missing and the separation between me and my wife and also i am just getting into all this myself just a couple of weeks ago when i found out about my son's green card situation. I take ur advice on teaching him how to fish cos myself i was fed fish when it came to all this immigration stuff and now that the fisherman is not around i am having a hard time fishing myself

I have his green card but i filed for I-90 for mine waiting to get it. I have both of our pasports with the expired immigrant visa that brought us here in them.? please whats a probono immigration legal service sorry i am new to all this . Thank you

You mean this is an error and if I am able to acquire the information you listed it could be changed even though his card been expired for 5yrs now ? Do I need a lawyer ? Cos I can’t afford one and if I could do this by myself I will love to . I have a USCIS online account that I just applied for a new green card for myself can I use that same account to fix this situation for My son ?

I made a mistake on dates my son entered the same day as me . And yes I have 10yr card and his card expired 2019 which I just found out he had a condition that was suppose to be removed .

1. Date of marriage > January 25 2014 2. Date YOU entered in the US >12/17/17 3. Date your SON entered in the US > 12/27/17 4. Date you and your spouse separated…and was there a divorce filing >somewhere in September 2020 no legally and no devorce filled yet.

Was 10 year card . But my son also have a two year card that was suppose to be followed up 90 days before expire that didnot happened and I just found out 2 weeks ago . Any knowledge will be appreciated
