  1. Finally moving along........

You can track your case package at DHL. I did it and worked. You only have to get the exact date of when you file left NVC.

    Please check this:

    Good luck!!

Upss sorry those threads are gone!

You can track the package by reference, it's like a game or guessing but you'll have an idea when the case arrive:

    EXP 02 JUNE 2008A

  2. Is for sure your I-129F arrived at NVC with your I-130 because when the USCIS approve both petitions at the same time they have to hold the I130 for the AOS not the I129F is an error that they send both petitions to NVC. Well this is good because now you can choose which route you will take. NVC will be processing your CR1 and the consulate your K3 almost at the same time.

We have to take the K3 route because my son didn't receive the NOA2 for his I130, it's still pending at USCIS. :(

    Good Luck for you!!

  3. Thanks for the info - called them and got my NVC case number for the I-130, no record of the I-129f yet. I wonder if the USCIS sent it?

    Cheers

    Dave

You will have to reach an operator at NVC to get information of your I-129F, the automatic system only have info for the CR1 not K visa.

  4. Heyy!!

just talked to a nice lady at NVC , she told me my I129F (K3) was sent today to the consulate.

    WOW So fast!!!

But there is something not good for me, is that the consulate at DR will not be working tomorrow, neither on Monday and Wednesday. :(

    Hi There!

I read your personal mail to me, thanks for telling me that, My husband called the NVC two days after we got an approval from the USCIS and they said according to my husband, they havent seen our papers yet at thier system.. :( anyway, He will going to call again today, I was really amazed that this happens so FAST! I am into cramming now since I havent resign for my work yet now I realize " I should do something ahead of time" instead of relying my timeline...

Im going to check the link you send to me on how to track our papers : THANKS for telling me this: I'd really appreciate it!

GoodLuck to all of us and GOD Bless!

    Che :)

Your husband spoke to a real person or just listened to the automatic message because for the K3 case there isn't automatic option this is oly for the I130. When i called the first time the automatic system just told me there haven't register about our case. so try again ;)

  5. I was Jumping for joy when I got home from work and my Hubby called me up that he got a NOTICE OF APPROVAL for both of I-130 and I029f TODAY :dance::dance: it says that the ORIGINAL visa will be forwarded to the NVC...Wow! another journey was happening... THANKS GOD!...

Is Anybody got there also?? Now.. what would be the next steps to do???

GoodLuck to all of us here

    Hi There!! Congrats!

We got the approval the same day as you and our case is on the way to the consulate. I recomend you to call to NVC and talk to a real person with your USCIS receipt # they will tell you, your new NVC case number and also where is your case now.

Good luck on the rest of your journey

  7. Hi there!!

My I-129F is at NVC now, they received it on may 16. Yupiii!!! Hope they'll send the case soon to the consulate.

Most I-129F petitions (K-3 route) appear to leave NVC within a couple days.

It took our I-129F over 3 weeks to arrive at NVC, but went out to consulate the next day.

We're still waiting on our packet 3...ugg. ..been calling and they said they will email it to my wife.

Best of luck and speed in your journey.

Wish you the best of luck to you too!! Thanks!!
