Your dates & mine are very close. My case was last touched on April 25th & since then i am waiting to get my NOA2. We had received a denial before coz we had applied for K1 visa prior to meeting eachother in person. But then as we met twice once in december 07 & then again in Jan 08, we applied a fresh application with fees & all the proof of our meeting, including pictures, mail
