According to online I-84 is after, and I-I34 is for the interview. But why does packet4 say I-I84 then it seems there is always double information.

Packet 4 says you need appointment letter to schedule biometrics, but when you schedule the interview and biometrics you only need ds160 confirmation. Also I received a email that said to follow steps and schedule medical, biometrics etc. To schedule medical you had to schedule interview date. I will try the embassy again but first they said do medical first, then do biometrics and we will send the letter. But if you schedule biometrics you also schedule a interview. So If I schedule the interview without getting the letter is that fine. Or will that be a problem.

Ok so I should first do this and sheduale bioe trics and visa pickup. Then medical and police certificate. Or medical and police certificate then wait for appointment letter.

I'm so confused so Do I follow the instructions in packet 4. And do immigrant visa select K1 visa then I have to do a ds260 when your supposed to do ds160 which I did already to get ahead. and do the biometric and visa pickup appointment. Or wait for the appointment letter then do it. Then follow the steps like medical exam etc. Or follow the emails directions which has shedualing the appointment as step 5. And steps 1 is to read this packet with different directions. Then police record, medical exam, ds160 and do the appointment as step 5. But will it still be a immigrant visa then. So confusing.

So first the email states, step 1 read instructions and gives link. That link takes you to embassy site we're step 1 is to register and sheduale biometrics. After you recover appointment letter what's that? Do I sheduale now and pay fees? But it shows k visa under immigrant visa. This is nonimmigrant. Why they have it under immigrant. Then email has step 5 as a creat account and select passport location and says non immigrant. So I follow the email steps? When do I get appointment letter.

Ok to be clear then. September 30th it was approved and sent to NVC. But after that NOV 15 it was updated to case was sent on NOV 15 etc. So Now I have to wait 45 days from the 15th? So it took 1 months 15 days for them to send it after they said it was sent. Now it's been 2 months like this. And the paperwork notice says 4 weeks you should get a new case number after it's sent. To reach out after 4 weeks if you don't. So what your telling me doesn't align with the notice sent.

I have the on X date we sent your case recipet # x to department of state for processing. But notice stated if you dont hear back in 4 weeks to email nvc. Then NVC said 6 weeks you should hear back.

They say on the notice if you dont get a response in 4 weeks to email NVC. That in 4 weeks you get a ltter with a new number.

So if there working on NOV 5TH for example, I can email them right. since my application was sent before. They state I"f your petition was approved before the dates NVC is working on" thaat means if my application was sent 7 weeks ago it was approved before the date there working on correct. Also why have they not received it if that is the case.

I couldn't find the direct answerm many say file directly after cea says ready. But can't find anything in Mumbai forums directly that's say if you sheduale it or they do. I know next step is it goes to visa center. But wanted to be ahead. Also some say that you can email for case number and schedule interview now. Not sure if that true. But I think wait for cea is best right?

It has veen 2 months since NO1 and no chnage to staus. Im looking at the forums and not sure the next step. Some say to wait then one post from someone in phillipines posting in india sub. Said his lawyer said its a 1 year wait and if he should sheduale ds160. The comemnts told him yes. So what exactly do I do now wait, or sheduale a DS160. Also what does reciept notice mean. They opened the package but didnt check the applicatiin yet? Or are they currebtly reviewing it. Or is it a line of applicatiins waiting to be reviewed.

You stated embassy is not interested in engagement ceremony. That was your comment. But people were asked if they had a ceremony at the Mumbai consulate interview. Now you don't wish to comment. Also only tagged you twice and both times those were quotes. Of people asked if they had a ceremony. Which you stayed there not interested in.

Mumbai interview I posted exact excerpts. You can also google Mumbai co sulfate k1 interviews. You will see people asked if they had engagement ceremony they said yes and showed pics. Since it's part of the culture. We don't do it I. Casual clothes it's a whole cermony. So if they ask did you have a cero.ing your going to say yes I. That case and then show pics. So it depends on culture.

I just read through the k1 interview on the Mumbai thread on this sub. already saw 2 to 3 posts where people said they were asked if engaged and if they had photos. one commentor showed a spiral book of photos and another commenter showed photos etc. you said there not intr=erested at any point its not confusing to show photos or not since they arasked for becuase they know the culture and know you have photos rob why they ask. but i guess they dont want cermeony pics idk.

Ok I will include the last name then I just noticed I had finace sign the letter of intent. But above I have her name and adress below. But just put the street and not full adress with the city state and zipcode should we redo it.

Her mother doesn't have a last name on any document should I still put it I. The I-129F form

Ok so no engagement photos or reciepts, its weird since an actually ceremony shows your committed. but its cultural too since we don't do rings at the wedding etc. Anyway should I write on the restaurant receipt copy Im sending? is it ok to write on it. since I mentioned we went to this restaurant and have a picture and then have the receipt. Since other posts say photos can be manipulated well a receipt and a picture is a double whammy. Just don't know if I should write on this is the receipt of when we went to social et.c is it ok to write on that. The Itinerary and the receipt of my airline ticket do I need to write on this I mean its self explanatory. I can include a sheet that says proofs and paper clip it together. Is that necessary? Then the additional information I included a separate paper for additional work history. Do I sign and date this? Then do I sign and date the separate paper I wrote of how we met? The finance intent letter I put I (my name) do. hereby state that I am legally able and will to marry (thier name) and intend to do in 90 days of her arrival in the US using K1 visa. Is this correct or will they say something since I mentioned using k1 visa because im not using it she is right so do I eliminate the last sentence? Last does the date of when you sign matter like lets say I put Mondays date on all papers then ship mail it tesudau or Wednesday will they say how come it was sign x day and it came x day?

Understood but that not everyone cultures We do engagement ceremony that's were you do the rings. At the wedding there is nor rings we don't exchnage those at the wedding. And our wedding is completely different.

So If that is the case. I don't have a proposal photo do I need that? I have the rest I have the itinerary that I wnet there, ticket reciept, , photos of us meeting twice at least.
