That's what I meant i485 sorry. That's what I am thinking that the actual i765 is denied and not the expedite. Is there a reason that would be denied after waiting for 10 months and the i485 is still pending waiting for the interview date? Thank you for your help

As of today it just says "denied" and they will send me a letter to explain why. i486 says "ready to be scheduled for an interview" for the past 7 months.

Yes MSC receipt number. I thought the same too however when I was reading it said the notice would specify that it was denied for the expedite. Thank you for your help

Yes I did file under C09. If it was filed incorrectly, wouldn't they have sent me a notice months ago?

Hello, My now husband came here on a K1 visa in October 2024. We filed i765 work permit and i486 adjustment of status together in December 2024. In January 2025 he did biometrics and ever since we have been waiting. The i765 said "Fingerprints taken" the entire time and a few months ago i485 changed to "ready to be scheduled for an interview". After waiting a few months, I ended up filing for an expedite for i765 due to financial hardship and today the i765 case says "Denied". A few questions.. 1)Does this mean the entire i765 was denied or just the expedite? I did not get the notice in the mail yet but I am concerned the whole thing is denied since it does not specify. 2) Is there a common reason that this would be denied while the i485 is still pending? Please help, thank you!

Thank you all for the information. Just to be clear we should submit 2 separate G-1450 forms for the credit card payment along with the 2 forms we are filing. Also, please forgive my silly questions but the DS-3025 is just the vaccination record is that correct? No other proof of medical is necessary if we submit that record? Thank you all again!

Hi everyone, I am the petitioner, my now husband is here on a K1 visa. I have a few questions about the next steps... 1) Does anyone know if it is possible to file both the i-765 and i-485 together? 2) What the actual total cost is for BOTH forms? I have tried contacting USCIS and they do not give me a straight answer on this. 3) As a K1 visa beneficiary is it possible to file the i-765 online? If so, what is the eligibility category we should file under? For whatever reason, USCIS does not give me any proper answers on this. Thank you all in advance!

I called Tirana and e mailed and they just say the same thing that no appointments are available, and it is up to the discretion of the consulate to release the dates. The representatives on the phone and on e mail have no control unfortunately.

We are at the point of trying to make an interview appointment for the Tirana Albania embassy. There are currently no appointments available. I want to hear from other people's experience about this. If you have experienced " no appointments available" how soon did you actually get an appointment? Also, how often should you check the website for an appointment and are there certain days that are better for checking? Thanks!
