Is the U.S embassy the only place to notarize the form? Or he can use a private notary?

I need to know when at the time to apply for a U.S. passport for your child with the parent living in their country of origin, of course after having completed the entire process and obtained citizenship , the father of my child is in complete agreement , could share with me their experiences? . The officer at the post office told me he had to fill out a form and have it notarized, but that type of notarization? our process was through the visa k1 and k2 .... Thanks guys!!

Hey dont forget me ....im in the same boat cereza ....finally they send me my interview date so i need my update :-) is for october 16 they update my case online this past monday and the funny part was they update my case with the oath ceremony hahahaha and that same day i got a e-mail telling me that my interview was schechuled

And the past saturday ..sorprise y have my letter so maybe with luck i have my oath ceremony in april 2014.....:-(

OMG well im living up state ( middletonw ny) so thats why im they took so long for process my case even the trip to the Bronx is hard to me to do the bio, the good part is now i know that im not alone....well personally i don have any rush, but i dont understand why allways this process make my head crazy.. well i found in the mail the famous yellow letter :-(, i have to bring my drivig licence or mi state id, and the divorce certificate of my hubby and me , i dont get it , we are supposed to be divorced since we apply for the fiance visa and then for the adjust of status and they have to know for sure that, why they always have to do everything complicated???? any way this letter means that soon i have the interview letter in my box mail?? any one ???

In my case i came to USA in 2009 i never left the country and i gonna do my citizenship through marriage,(K-1 visa) so obviously 5 years ago i was living in my country, i have to leave that part in blank or put N/A or none?

F.2 i was married before , so what a supposed to write in the ""prior spouses immigration status?"" is other right? what else, he is living in central america.

Thank you I dont have any clue about N-600 and yes bouth have green cards, bouth are under 18 they need the bio and I have to pay $600 for each one or just for me ? And just the bio fees for them?

hello , i had my permanent residence through marriage,(K-1 & k-2 visa) now is time to do the N-400 , i have several questions:

1. i have to do a different form for each one of my kids (2)

2. do i pay the biometrics for them?

3 can they travel outside the US after applying the N-400? ( i know i cant do it)

4. they have the interview and the test too?

Yes you need to include the biometric fee for both you kids.

yes i was in the same boat just like you, and yes you have to pay the fee for your kids, in the same check with your fee add the biometrics for they

Hey guys i have some good news, we are approved my 2 sons and me!!!! yeahhh i dont know the date of the approved because today i received a e-mail, telling me that they order our new card on june 29 , so i dont have nothing in the snail mail yet.......we are so happy!!!! :dance: :dance:

Hello guys, today we received 6 envelopes from USCIS 3 of them saying that we are approved and the others 3 with ours PERMANENT RESIDENCE CARDS.......yeahhhhh is the end of this trip....now citizen is next , btw our correct approval date was on 06/28/2011.....good luck to the fewer gays that we left behind.... hang in there !!!
