    What if I never get it…is it required in any way? I do not know if it matters much since I have online access now. When should I worry if it isn’t here by?

    Case number is covered by the hearts. The receipt number starts with 3 letters and then many numbers already accessed the online portal, so far this is the only thing in the document tabs showing as mailed.

    Thank you. I just checked my online account for notices and all I am showing is the account acceptance notice which when I open it, is just a copy of my 797c that gave me the online account code

    Hey all, got the text acceptance of my i130 last week, and today I received an i797c, notice of action but it is not an acceptance notice. It says notice type account access notice…..should I be expecting another actual receipt notice? Should I be worried I got the account access before the receipt notice?

    That’s not how a usps money order works I think. I don’t have personal checks either

    Can I reuse the money order they returned? They said it was not cashed. Just they stapled it to the first form page

    Including my supporting documents? Meaning I need to copy my divorce certificate and passport again and such? They do not have a line on them but they do have light grey scanned numbers on the corners now

    I forgot to check “spouse” on my i130, I was just left blank. Everything was returned to me with a rejection notice. I want to know can I use the same form? I has now a line thru the barcode on the bottom and someone’s initials? I’m attaching a pic. It’s only on the first page and my electronic notice form

    I encountered some issues when trying to file online using safari on my MacBook so I just opted for paper after a few days struggle

    Poking around online is showing me some people waiting past the 30 day mark lately for intial receipts. Any word on if things are just slow lately? Or is this a new standard. TIA

    Didn’t see one so decided to make one. just mailed husband’s i130 packet on 9/6/24, it arrived at the elgin lockbox on 9/9/24.

    The source was multiple embassy websites, they produce check lists for foreign spouses who are living in country how to file and what to include. I used this from my husbands home country and it said just one of each of us

    I found online that only one of my passport photos was needed on a few sources so I just sent one. so will I be ok having sent just one of myself?

    Hey all, little confused. Are we sending two passport photos, one of myself and one of my husband. Or two passport photos of myself? Or just one of myself? I’m probably reading way too much into this

    Hey all, on the i130 form, section 20.a-c, I am confused. It says provide info on current spouse if currently married. But then it lists date marriage ended? The marriage hasn’t ended, we are together. Do I just n/a this section?

    Hey everyone, Anyone have any idea about this, my husbands birth certificate lists everything a normal one should info wise, but both parents DOB are not listed. My husband and brother in law are assuring me this is just how Algerian birth certificates are. Anyone can confirm? I’m about to file my i130 in the coming weeks and wanted to double check.

    Hello all, There are only two areas to list marriage and prior marriages on the i130. I have been married three times total, so two prior marriages. How do I list them? I would assume I list present, and the second one as prior but how to list the very first one when there is no space? TIA.
