It's me, Mitzi. VJ decided that it didn't want to let me on our usual account, "Dan & Mitzi", tonight. So I had to make a new account so I could get on.

Can you please add us to the list? I'm not sure how to do it & I'm afraid I might mess things up.

He realized tonight that his Conditional Green card expires in 16 days & it has put him in a full blown panic mode. He's saying that when his green card expires on Aprill 11 that it is illegal for him to work and if he gets caught working they can denigh his 10 year Green Card & deport him.

Can you or someone else please explain why it is ok to keep working without the NOA1? I thought the expired GC & the NOA1 was proof that he had applied for 10 year GC. Isn't he supposed to keep those with him at all times?

Hi Everyone,

We are usually logged on as "Dan & Mitzi" but it would not let us logged on tonight. So I had to make up a new account.

Hubby is REALLY STRESSED right now.

Check was cashed by TSC on March 6, 2008. Does anybody have a good guess how long it will be before we receive NOA1? Do you think we will have it by April 11, 2008?

What do we do if we don't get the NOA1 by April 11?

Can he still work without it?
