Unsure if I’m doing this right so apologies if I’m asking in the wrong place.
My fiance and I have had our K1 petition approved and are waiting to hear from the NVC, while waiting I was looking to make sure im prepared for the interview when it eventually comes, and I realised my partner never sent me the copy of the petition packet.
He has a copy but he copied it before signing it. Is this a problem ? He is now worrying but I’m unsure if this will be a problem ?
