Not Even a letter confirming that you're approved? After 4 days from my Interview, I received a notice from USCIS confirming that my application was approved and to allow 30 days for my GC to arrive.

It's still 20 days wait till 30 days gone by and then you can call them. Coz normally they send the GC after 2 to 4 weeks.

Nope I haven't received anything yet! I'm starting to get nervous since we have purchased a plane ticket for me to go home to Canada for a wedding in June ...

I hope nothing went wrong .. the lady was behind schedule when she did our interview, hopefully nothing happened to my file!

Just a question ...

We had our AOS interview on March 29th, 2010 in Portland, OR. I was approved verbally by the lady at the end of the interview, but did not have my passport stamped or signed any paperwork.

It is now April 20th, and I haven't received anything from them, nor has anything been updated on USCIS ... should I worry?

Does anyone know of a number to call to see if I can find out more information??

Thanks for starting this thread Pandora! I too am going through the K-1 process, and will be going back and forth in June and September to visit. Its nice to know that other people do have the same questions and thoughts!

I don't anticipate any problems, but I can tell already when I crossed border in April that they have my information linked to my passport already ... the questions the Border Guard had were more intense then before! He was a little frustrated with me because when I said I was going to Portland, he got snipey and said "which one? we have 5 you know!" I kinda cringed at that ... don't need to be upsetting them!

Hi there,

We sent our package on Feb 29...they got it in March....so I guess it will be nice finding people in our same timeline...we got the return receip from Vermont and it was signed by P. Novak.

We couldnt see if they cashed the money order yet because they gave us 11 numbers and in the website they only want 10 (western union) weird....we are still waiting for NOA1 everyday in the mail.

We mailed ours in on March 13th, they received it March 20th ... now we are just waiting patiently for some sort of "touching" or action to be done on it ...

Its nice to know that there is this forum ... its helpful to have a feeling of others around that are in the same monthly boat as us ...

If you make a double timeline by accident I clear them out weekly (the doubles). If you need it cleared faster just PM me .

Not sure if this is the correct thread or not, but has anyone from the March K-1 Visa submitting group heard anything yet? Or am I just being too impatient?
