Hi All,

I will be applying for a K1 Visa for my Fiance, but I have couple of questions. I have received a lot of help in the past from the fellows here hopefully someone here have been in a same situation I am or know someone that have been.

A: How do I establish an Evidence of bonafide relationship when I havent even met my fiance due to customs and traditions of our culture/religion. We do however talk and email each other constatntly.

B: Realisticly how long it will take from initial day of filing for my petition to getting a K1 Visa. I will be filing in VSC since I reside in Texas.

C: Once approved and I have K1 visa for my fiance can I go to her country and bring her along with me.

D: Is there any other option other than K1 Visa that is more faster.

I need a little help. I am a GreenCard Holder. I have a girlfriend in a foreign country that I would like to bring to US. What is my best option? Am i eligible to apply for K-1 or any other visa for her?

I got my temp GC on 5/2005, and applied for removal in Feb 2007, after a year I was requested an RFE after which my case was sent to local Office for interview, In August 2008 I had my interview, everything went well but at the end officer told me that my Fingerprint has expired and I need to get that done. I did Fingerprint next week and on Oct 10 received the letter for interview again. Can anyone please shed any light on it. I have researched VJ forums and could not find anything similar to that. Any help will be helpful.

I also called USCIS and as usual they have no info.

Please help, do you think this evidence is enough

* Joint tax returns for past 4 years

* Marraige pictures, general pictures and pictures of when i visited her family in CA

* Lease papaers since 2004

* Bank statements

* Joint Car insurance since 2005

* Health insurance

* Electric bills (only in my name)

* Cable bills (only in my name)

* Cellphone bill ( under her name only)

hi i filed for i751 in mar 07 and received RFE on feb 2008, after that case was transfered to local office for interview, i have my interview coming up shortly. We lived 3 years and 9 months together, I have enough evidence of our bonafide marraige like trip to her family together, our marraige pictures, marraige pics of my cousin where we went together. also we went to baseball games and just pics in general with my family. I have tax transcripts from 04,05,06 and 07 with joint tax status. I recenty moved to another city because of job like 2 months ago. Our marraige is liitle shaky since then. She is coming to interview with me but i dont know if weshould tell our adjudicator about me working in diff city and also about lately in our marraige. We still care for each other and love each other. Should i disclose that in my interview.

online usps website it shows delivered to USCIS on Feb 15th. I called today and USCIS cant verify if they received it or not ? please help

Hi I received a RFE on Jan 30.2008 and i sent all my paperwork on feb 15,2008( thats the usps delivery date) , when i call uscis help line i receive the message stating that i need to send the requested info. My question is how can i confirm if USCIS has received the RFE package that I sent them.

Please add my timeline in it also

but the only difference is that my case was then transferred to loacl office for adjudication. Havent heard anything since 03/20/08, the date I received the letter stating the case was transferred to local office for adjudication.

I checked with the Immigiration office and they said I will be called for interview, they just dont know when? Any idea how quick that might be ?

Hi its been almost 13 months since i filled for I-751 and have received a notice of adjudication which I believe will lead to interview. I want to know if anyone else had the same notice and what happened in inteerview as well as how soon can I expect a interview notice? Please help

I am just like you guyz suffering from the transfers , my case got transfered from TSC to VSC and was updated as usual on 02/25 that case was touched, i received a letter yesterday that my case has been transferred to Houston District Office for adjudication. Please can someone shed any light on it, and also if it has happened with someone else as well. What was also weird in my case was when I received a letter from USCIS that my case was transferred from TSC to VSC dated 01/31, I also received another letter requesting more evidence, which I sent as well. So please can anyone help me out.

actually the letter states that it has been relocated to the District Officefor adjudication.Does that mean I have to make INFO PASS appt. ? Also my one year extension expires in a month so I have to get info pass i guess to extend it. My case was last touched online a month ago. 2/25

Hi, this is my first post and in need of help. I applied for I-751 on Mar 6th 2007 and received my BIO and fingerprint after waiting 10 months finally heard from TSC that they have transferred the case to VSC and need more evidence like IRS Transcripts and bank statements and all the bills and mortgage papers. I submitted the papaers and today on Mar 26 2008 received the letter stating that "your Form I-751 has been relocated to the address shown below.

Houston District Office"

I need some help to why this happened and what can i expect next ? Also is this the sign that I will be called for interview.

Please any suggestions will help.
