    Would it ever deny her ability to leave the PH, if we don’t get one filed? Also her married name is the same of her passport/birth certificate, no change. Would we need to have it listed as an AKA? We are currently both in the PH. Is there any way to file a ROM overseas?

    Hi my wife and I just submitted our documents DS-260 civil documents for NVC reviewing for a CR-1 Visa Manila. We were wondering if any couples have had experience with online marriages. Our documents that we provided are our marriage cert from the online marriage ceremony and license in Utah. Her NBI reflects single and also we do not have a PSA ROM since we did not apply in the US, to report it to the Philippines. Would immigration require a ROM / NBI update in the future? Thank you
