Got the approval! Got an email that action was taken and the approval is in the attachments.

So wanted this to be the case but I don't have that one in the documents tab I hope Lazy Cat is right so I'll keep checking in a day or two.

Got this after a year+ of waiting, only to login to find nothing was updated under the case status. Seems like something is being done in the background. Fingers cross.
