So I'm reading that my US finace needs to be 125% above the poverty line (in terms of income when submitting the 1-134 Affidavit of Support).
I have browed around online by I am failing to find any recent information that I can understand.
Roughly, how much does my US finace need to be clearing in his paychecks to be above the 125% poverty line?
Further my fiance and I have just started new jobs as we were both living abroad. We are about to submit our 1-129F, should we be concerned that our recent income will be minimal?
Should we include bank statements from foregin bank accounts that we had whist working abroad?
