    waiting so long after biometric letter

    Hello,

    can somebody help me I am in panick.Green card for my husband experied on march 19 2011 and we sendet in december all papers when they told us together with fee 590$,than we got biometric letters for appoitment in februaru for fingers print and picture we did that and waiting after that .Than we calle now in august because something wrong waiting so ong and they sad take sometimes6 months to ine year,after tat conversation two days later we got letter three pages blue color that we have to send to them approval for our marriage one or more .they told us that they got afidavit and akuyr health insurance but I send to them from the bank from insurance of the car afidavit from my father because we live with my parent and they paid bills and we don't have nothing on our names.how come did they lose another my papers we had from begining our paper problems we married 2007 and my husband came 2009 we was waiting so long and is not fair for our love and marriage because our marriage is real an a lot of people did not have a plroblems and theirs marriage are not real.I am so panick wha I have to do we have tosend papers until october 29 which kind of paper still I have to send can somebody help me thanks

    I'm in the same boat with you. My husband and I are getting ready to ship off his DS-230 probably next week Tuesday.

    To answer your question: I think that you would just state the date that she arrived in the US and then put "present" in the place where you would put the date that she left. If you feel like you have to explain why you put present, you can always attach a letter stating that she is currently on a different visa. MAKE SURE THAT THE VISA IS CURRENT AND HASN'T EXPIRED.

    When your case is complete, they'll send it to the appropriate consulate where you will have your interview. If they approve her visa application, I think they will cancel the visa she is currently under at the time of the interview and place her under the new visa.

    ds230 question#14 it is my maiden name or I have to put my marriage name because I keep my maiden name

    question #21a-did my hysband supposed to put me his wife because they sad person in #14 and #19 because as his wife he put me in #14 but I live in usa whati is mean will accompany did he need put me or not and question #21b is #19 his son but he will be come later not now we did't apply for him not yet

    Thank you for the congrats! I did not provide bank statements, I provided 3 years of W-2s and US Federal Tax Returns. We also took a ton of documentation to the interview, phone bills, chat sessions, hotel receipts, copies of airplane tickets, anything and everything you can think of including a photo book of all of our time together in my 12 trips to see her since October of 2006. The photo book was the only item the Consular at the Embassy looked at. BUT, I would still recommend to everyone that you have as much documentation supporting your relationship as you can manage.

    I paid online and I got barcode sheet but I didn't get from NVC package I-864,I printed that form and I have already all papers with this form can I send it ,and I paid feeIV online but I have to waiti they send to me on sept 27,the mashine sad generete on sept 27,that is mean they send it ds230 right what I have to do

    I wa folow nvc message when I send my papers every time and I got last that is IV fee bill generate and I went online to paid and tey show me that I paid a prind code sheet for I864 and fo DS230 but when I called nvc message supposed to tell me IV fee bill receive but it is not that message ,message is packet of ducumetn has benn generated on 9/27nan will be sent next weeks what is that mean can somebody help me

    Hello All,

    I have submitted my I-864. I have not paid my IV fee because I am waiting on some documents for DS-230.

    I received a letter from NVC stating that "NVC has received affidavit of support. However, we are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Fee"

    The cover letter says to include the copy of this letter for all correspondence. Also there is a Checklist Letter Response page with barcode. It says you must return this page with your documentation. Failure to do so may result in delay in processing.

    1) I was going to pay IV fee online. Does it mean I can't pay it online now?

    2) Is this a false RFE since I have not submitted IV fee yet?

    I got letter for IV fee but I paid already,and when I called ncv messages message sad tha they generate and send package with documents what is supposed to mean that ,I was expecting that they sad IV will process i system because I paid online and that shhow me and I prined car code shet,than they told me in letter for child from my husband but we didn;t appliey yet because we will be send after,did someody knows how long take por papers for my step son
