ang hinihingi lang naman nila sa I-30 ay proof of citizenship. kung pinanganak yung asawa mo sa states pwede yung birth certificate. pero kung meron syang certificate of naturalization pwede yun kasi proof yun na us citizen sya....tignan mo yung actual form nang I-30 nandoon lahat yung mga document. kung wala syang passport i think certificate of naturalization will be good or birth certificate (
