I was thinking on getting an infopass on our local office to check the status personally.And also ask them if ever i didn't get a reply till august 10 will it be possible for me to have the interview on the original location.i have a copy of the interview letter with me..

Hello everyone.I recieved the interview letter in the mail last july 10.the interview date is august 13.the problem is the location is around 50 miles away from us and is accessible by private car only.im currently 30 weeks pregnant and on that day nobody will gonna accompany me and i don't know how to drive.i live in queens ny and we have some local office here so i was really wondering why they put me in long island.i called USCIS right away to explain the situation and they told me to send the interview letter back to the address that was stated and attach a letter of explaination which i did..it's been 2 weeks and i haven't get a reply from them.tried to call them many times but they keepon saying they can't give me a timeline.what should i do?

Last September 29 and 30 i went to Saint Luke for my medical check...i followed the instruction that was given to me by the security guard at st. luke...when i was in the xray room the gurl give me a shield to protect me in case i'm pregnant..but it happen that the shield was too high.they can't read my xray because only half of my lungs was captured..they told me to have my PE..The doctor in charge in room 6 told me to go back on Oct.6 to have my pregnancy test..then instructed me to go to 4rth floor for blood extraction and urine test..The result in my Urine test is positive...other urine test and blood pregnancy serum and it's really possitive(Yehey!!)..The problem is..i have to go back there Oct.13 To 16 To have my sputum exam coz they can't xray me anymore..and it will take 2 mos to get the result...MY INTERVIEW WAS MOVED NYAY....

Do i have to take all the vaccinations that was written in the appointment letter??

the reason why we choose CR1 route because it not much a hassle when you get to USA. like Sibtain said, you will get your greencard right away ..good only for two years ( married for less than 2 years )...once your 90 days before the green expires, you just need to file I-751 form to remove its condition...

my wife still enroll in college taking up HRM and she schedule to graduate on october......what do i need to put in DEGREE or DIPLOMA ________question. Do i have to leave it blank since she dont have the degree yet?

i received my NOA2 today ( hard copy ). my application was approved on june 12 2008

request to expedite my application was approved on june 12 ( due to incoming deployments )

anybody in here who tried to expedite their application due to incoming deployment of your spouse and had a sample letter from their commanding officer detailing their deployment. we are bound to go to iraq on sometime late this year but so far no deployment orders yet.

Just take some to show..what my hubby did is he printed out some then put in in a small album that can be folded..because you're going to give it to the person behind the glass using only a small hole..make a copy also of the pics that you're together before and after the wedding.
