I sent in the I-485 adjustment of status paperwork through UPS on December 23rd. The tracking number showed that it was received and signed for on December 29th. As of January 12th, I have still not received any official notification of it being received by USCIS, and no funds have been charged to my credit card. I have reviewed and do believe all paperwork paperwork was sent in correctly. My fiance is here on a K-1 visa, and her 90 days is up on January 20th. Does anyone have any information or suggestions on how I should proceed to avoid issues. Thanks in advance for any help.
