  1. So if my latest tax retrun doesn't show my current salary, what do I do?
  2. Preparing for K-1 Visa interview. I have been living with my fiance for the past 6 months, and studying for my Master's on a UK student visa. My course ends in December, and we plan to get married in January. I've gone back home several times throughout, but now looking to fill out my I-134. I have been working for a UK company since January (part-time during my studies and full-time since May). I have my 2023 tax returns, which show my employment from last year along with W-2s. My mother is going to be the co-sponsor since my income is no longer US-based, and she makes more than enough. Now when filling out my I-134, should I put in my tax return info for my contribution, or can I fill it with my UK income (which is also above the US poverty line)?
