I think that in general Texas has been sending cases to VSC without ever sending extension letters. Maybe VSC is just doing the right thing.

We have a 1-751 petition that was filed at TSC. According to the online status check it was transferred to VSC. The online notice states a written notification was sent. We did not receive this nor the NOA1. It appears that looking at the timeline, everyone from mid Feb. is in the same status. Will they send out the NOA1 and the notice of transfer in writing?

I don't think you will have it. We filed in the beginning of Feb and biometrics has already been done; however, still not extension letter. You would think with the new fees they would provide this important document. Calling customer service is not any good since they just claim it had been sent. It should reach you a week after the check is cashed but I would not count on ever receiving it. I guess INFOPASS is the only alternative.

We filed a joint petition with the TSC on 2/12. My wife did not receive her notice of extension of her greencard. My daughter did receive her notice. Actually, my daughter rec'd her extension letter and another type of extension letter stating that since she is a dependent of a filer, her greencard would be extended a year. Also both recently had biometrics done. The only problem is the lack of the extension for the wife. She called the customer call center and would be told it would be coming. That was two weeks ago. Is it possible now she had the biometrics that it will come or must she schedule INFOPASS>.
