Yea we have, we got orders to montana. The proxxy marriage is from montana as well. I get out of the military in october and I am worried our daughter wont get polish citizenship -
My wife and I got married through a proxxy marriage so that I could bring her with me to my next base. Poland didnt recognize the proxxy marriage though. Do we just go to a courthouse in the US and send it to Poland ?

911! Im about to meet the US embassy for expedited filing tomorrow at 0830 and it says "adoption decree if applicable" I was adopted when I was 9 yrs old but i dont have this document. The adoptive parents are on the birth certificate. How will this stop out progress ? Would a copy be enough ? I don't have time and im waiting on 2 different lawyers to get me an answer currently but i have to wait. Thank you for any and all help !

Good morning, I am stationed in Belgium with the USAF and I am married to a polish national. I need an example of how to fill out the 130 and 130A as well as guidance so that the US embassy in Brussels doesn't kick back the docs 2 months later and prevent her from coming with me. I saw that if a block doesn't apply that you can put down N/A but i need more tips.

Hello, I'm in the USAF and my wife through double proxxy marriage is a Polish national. My lawyer in MT said double proxxys aren't valid but I'm confused and so is the organization that did the event for me and my wife. Does anybody have any experience with double proxxy marriages and immigrating into the US ?
