    This might sound stupid, but can we go back to the original topic? Whether there are her pics or not...

    way off topic I might add!!

    Cant help but to impose!! how did you found out that SHE stole someone else's pictures?? I coresponed with her a few times via PM but never suspected that she's not who she claimed to be, well u never know!! but anyway not my business so im getting out of it!!.....

    :dance::dance::dance:CONGRATULATIONS :dance::dance::dance: on all the approvals!!! sorry I haven't been checkin' in lately just busy with this new job and everything! but I got off early today! Well heres the update soo far I got my social in the mail today, I havent checked my stats since Monday so when i checked today this is lastest on my AOS:

    TO ADJUST STATUS

    Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

    On May 14, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this

    customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions

    on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within

    60 days.

    I havent got a card production Notice not sure if it works the same as the EAD but thats the lastest i am going to sign up for the e-mail notice!

    Hey Guys,

    I went to the job interview this morning everything went well I was hired on the spot!! I start wednesday!!........on my way home I stopped at the SS office to apply for a ss# and I got a print out of my number and the card will be sent in the mail in 7-10 buisness days!!yeahh I am very happy I got everything that I prayed for!!!

    Hi "Iluvmyhubby". I didn't know you could get a print out of your number, I thought you had to wait for the actual card to get your number. So with the print out, you can just go to the DMV and apply for a DL?

    Wow, I hope the SS office here does the same thing.

    AM NOT SURE IF ALL STATES DO THE SAME! BUT YES THEY WILL GIVE A PRINT OUT OF YOUR NUMBER IF YOU ASKED FOR IT IM NOT SURE IF YOU CAN USE IT TO APPLY FOR A DL BUT I'M WAITING TO GET THE ACTUAL CARD B4 I APPLY FOR A DL AND OR STATE ID!!1

    checked a minute ago and this is what I saw:

    I got my EAD card in the mail today.......whoooooooo yeah :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:!!!

    Have any of you guys who got EAD approved start job hunting yet??........My interest is in the accounting field I send a couple resume online....I found the PERFECT!! job that I want with a renown marketing company as an acounting executive!!...the pay is awesome!! they called me yesturday, but I told them I havent received my work card yet....they said to call as soon as I get my card to set up an interview because I'm exactly what they are looking for!!...Im not gonna keep my hopes up on that one Im gonna keep searching!!! mama always say: "never put all your eggs in one basket"

    I've been doing my homework while waiting for the actual work card. Back in the Philippines, I used to hold a technical position in a prestigious national government agency. So, I would like to get a federal job however this wouldn't be possible since most government jobs require U. S citizenship. Most likely, I want a job that has something to do with administrative support. I used to work with high-ranking government officials back in my country so something like admin support to top executives would be challenging. Apparently, I continue to send out resumes to prospective employers and so far I've received quite a few job offers but I still want to keep on searching for a company where my skills are effectively utilized. In time, we will end up into something we enjoy doing and most importantly will provide as with the opportunity to flourish and will bring the best within us. Good luck to our search!

    Your right Rhosie!! it's hard to get a Federal Job if your not a USC....I was searching online and I found this Federal job in Denver as an Accounting Technician/Lead Accounting Technician/Accounts Maintenance Clerk (OA) that pay 89,000 + a year so when I called for the requirements as the website didnt state, they say I have to be an USC to even be recognized for the position! bummer!!! :bonk: Just keep searching and GOOD LUCK!!

    I have started already, I'm a Graphic Designer and I also used to work as a University Lecturer, but unfortunately I need the EAD in hand but also a driver's license and therefor a car. No vehicle no job :crying:

    Today I found a perfect job but it was 45 minutes away... However I have been sending my resume to a few places... I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    Hopefully we are gonna be getting something soon! I miss my job in England sooo much!

No car no job :no: , ......the job that I want is only 15mins away form the base so if I get it I can take taxi cause my husband and I would have crazy schedules besides he'll be gone by August so I would be on my own to get back and forth!.... so that Drivers License is very imperative!!!!..........................good luck!!
