    I will share my story and you get use whatever part of it to help you make your decision. My wife came to US on B2 on 08/2023, I proposed a week later. We were married 12/2023, filed concurrently on 1/30/2024. She received EAD on 3/2024 and received approval of conditional green card in 04/2024. Hope that helps, Good Luck 👍🏾

    Good evening, I have found while it’s not 100% accurate it does give an indication of progress. So it may go from 2 months to 7 months however I found that it was closer to the original estimation. I understand that my case moved extremely fast but that was my experience.     Wondering how long does it take to receive Green card? I want to go take care of something’s back in Jamaica

    Update… I-485 was approved 4/27, however I-130 still showing processing. What does this mean? Will they mail green card? Or do we have to wait until I-130 is processed?

    Jamaicangyal, I would give it another week then I would contact USCIS. I can speak first hand that the website has been updating slow.

    Update: website updated on 3/28 showing EAD card produced. We received the card on 3/29 and the website updated on the same day to show card mailed and provided a tracking number. It would appear that the website is 3-5 days behind with showing updates

    Yes the I-485 case was transferred to the field office. I was hoping to have the I-765 approved and the EAD card in hand so she can secure employment but I guess USCIS has other plans

    I was hoping to get some thoughts on what’s going on. My wife went for biometric appointment on 3/8/24. On 3/11/24 an approval of I-765 was uploaded in the document section. The original I-765 approval was received via US mail on 3/15 with social security card following shortly after on 3/16/2024. However as of 3/25/2024 case status has remained case is being actively reviewed as of 3/8/2024. We did receive an email on 3/20/2024 saying are case was transferred to our local field office. Any insight on what is going on that can be offered would be appreciated. Thanks
