    Can someone please confirm how long India PCC is valid for CR1 visa ? According to these documents here from NVC it is two years but I keep getting conflicting information https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/BMB-Mumbai.html#pre_interview_checklist https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/BMB - Mumbai 10-3-2024.pdf The regional passport office says 6 months but I think this does not apply because they are referring to for India usage purposes. Anyone actually hear of anyone with PCC between 6-24 months old get denied ?

    I am trying to file I-130 for my spouse. I acquired citizenship through INA-320. I.E. my parents naturalized before I turned 18. I only have a U.S. Passport as proof of citizenship. I read the instructions and it does says a passport counts as proof of citizenship. Anyone else here apply with just a passport have any issues ?
