if you had already the medical in ur country , you should just go to the civil surgeon designed by uscis and get an update of your medical and get a copy of I693 dont open it send it to uscis along with ur aos application.

the state ID is the non driver licence ID,i got it from motor vehicle, u can get it until you apply for the driver licence, it is useful instead of showing all time ur passport!

Hi again, yes your certainly far away , but i really think they dont have too many people after 11:30 am, i dont think they taake the look at my appoinment letter either, they just attached it to marriage cert, passport and a form thats it.Good luck.
