does he have to have a physical address? the house was sold last year because it was a joint ownership, he then went into trucking. he stays with his sister when he does go home from trucking for his 34 hours rest time, Can that address be used on the form? his name is not on the lease, hes ok with getting somewhere physically if that will hinder us but he didnt because he does over the road trucking. 

another thing is our engagement was different, meaning on his last visit we got up and was just talking and he asked me if i would marry him. so it wasnt planned, no ring etc. he wants to come back to do that aspect as i would have already accepted but does he have to do it in person? im asking because he was here just 3 weeks ago again, i dont want to have him keep taking time off when there is an alternative. please guide me as best as possible, thank you.

I am doing the form myself so i am trying to ensure i have things in order . "Evidence that you and your fiancé(e) intend to marry within 90 days of their admission into the United States as a K-1 nonimmigrant" can the date venue etc be used as proof or what is best to use here to prove that we will be married within this time.

My application had single on it because I didn't know I could put engaged. And also no my partner doesn't have a visa he lives here

My visa application was denied last year, I only had my job as ties on the form. I started school a few days after I did my application but didn't redo the application. Do you think I can re-apply with my school information? I also just got promoted to a new position in the same job I also didn't add my relationship I would add it this time around 

What is usc? Ok can single be on the form and at my interview I state that I am engaged?

I submitted a form for a tourism visa to the US, I'm in jamaica. We don't reach common law yet we just 3 years together but after I submitted my form in August my partner proposed to me for my birthday on October. I already place single on the form, can I tell them abt the engagement, can I still say anything about my relationship?
