Hello members, Hope everyone is fine. i got IR1 visa. when moving my stuff from Canada to USA on a U-Haul truck, do I have to be with the truck or my US citizen spouse can do it alone just by telling the officers at the border that the stuff belongs to me. many Thanks

Hello members, Hope u all are doing fine. A baby enters into US under IR2 category.what should be done after that. 1- should parents wait for citizenship certificate to come in mail ? 2- should parents apply for N-600 for the baby and pay the fee ? 3- is the baby gonna receive green card and wait for 5 years to become US citizen. 4- should the parents apply for US passport while not having citizenship certificate ? 5- with only the US passport the baby is considered US citizen. please help to clear above. many Thanks

One year old child of a US citizen entering US on IR2 visa becomes a US citizen. Can please someone clear me on the following points. 1- is that child counted as born USA citizen Or naturalized citizen. 2- do they need to file N-600. 3- do they need to apply for the passport alone or N-600 is necessary to apply for the passport.
