URGENT Need help guys:
- I'm a US citizen, my wife is from Vietnam.
- We married on Feb 2022, i filed the i130 on Nov 2022, and she did just did her embassy interview This week during March 2024
- My wife passed her embassy interview and was given a CR1 Visa instead of an IR1 visa, even though our marriage is passed the 2 years mark (by one month). How can i get the embassy to correct this or send out a new visa with correct designation of IR1? Who and How do i contact someone to resolve this issue?
Has anyone has this issue before and how did you guys resolve?
