URGENT Need help guys: - I'm a US citizen, my wife is from Vietnam. - We married on Feb 2022, i filed the i130 on Nov 2022, and she did just did her embassy interview This week during March 2024 - My wife passed her embassy interview and was given a CR1 Visa instead of an IR1 visa, even though our marriage is passed the 2 years mark (by one month). How can i get the embassy to correct this or send out a new visa with correct designation of IR1? Who and How do i contact someone to resolve this issue? Has anyone has this issue before and how did you guys resolve?

Guys, just to confirm, This means my wife got the interview appointment with the embassy right? MY letter appointment letter looks different from other people so i am just curious. Can she take the medicals immediately (like as soon a tomorrow ) or is there a waiting period? and she needs to sign up on the link to set up an account for her visa to be sent to her home correct? Sorry i just want to make sure everything is correct. Thanks ya'll
