Hi, attach your kid's birth certificate. If he has the US citizenship abroad and passport you could attach photocopy of those too. Also proof of the lease of the house u both stayed in. Bills, light tickets, emails, etc between you both. A certificate or affidavit of third person a friend or family stating that they know you and your husband and that your relation is legitimate. It have been a while since I am here. I am kinda overwhelmed because it have been already 6 months since I have done the biomtretics for my I751 Petition to remove conditions on Residence. I got a paper from the USCIS several months ago months ago where they said I am allowed to stay 1 year when they are producing my green card. I have been looking online for any determination and my case is still on initial review...the waiting is for real so long.

Be sure to get the AOS files and AP (Advance Parole) approved before you leave the country...

Not doing this COULD cause you and your Husband to start all over again with a K-3 or CR-1/IR-1 (I'm sorry, I'm not an expert on the differences of a K-3/CR-1/IR-1. You will need to investigate this yourself.)

I come to the USA on october 2008 as fiancee and I got married before the 90 days. My question is that I never applied for the adjust status. I was filling all the papers and etc but I was never sending nothing to USCIS and of course I regret it now I got pregnat and I was focusing on it . Actually I had an emergency and I need to go back to my country (am peruvian) I would like to know what kind of new transit pass I need to do if I decide to go back to my country and im planning to stay longer in peru and my husband is in agreement about it, cause he will stay with me in Peru, but we want to apply this time for sure for my us residency when I am in my country Peru

You do not need to file AOS within 90 days - you only need(ed) to be married within that time. My advice would be to wait until he returns so he can help (not that I doubt you could do it, but it sounds like you could use his assistance). That's what we (husbands) are for..

U ARE RIGHT, I really would like to wait for my husband but I want to get done my papers cos I had an important offert of job here and I cant do too much without adjust my status and employment authorization. I will try to do my best and if I need more proofs definitly I will have to wait for him, we are always in contact but isnt the same as well as is hard staying lonely but what can I do I love my husband no matter what.

my husband dont know where is all the copies that he makes before cos he was moving from NY to Florida and he missed also his taxes report! can i show just an actual letter from his emplyment telling about how much is his incomes and all that plus taxes 2007? supporting the affidavits I 864. When i was fiance i show since 2005 until 2007 but i cant find the report about 2006 and 2005.

I need to make a copy about the money orden that I wil pay for adjust status and enclosed with my I 785 EOD ?? right pls the photos, the copy of the I 94 card, passport visa. and well I will be getting a social security number with this form right??

Thanks for advicers I am almost done with my paper for adjust status but I dont have the NOA 2 to show that my visa fiance was approved but of cours I was approved and is cos am here in US. My husband parents now they were getting all the notices when my husband was making the previows petition and now everythin missed about it cos they didnt know could be important. now i was readin that i have to pay $350 per a copy of that notice ??? is that thrue??? i wanna send all my documents without this notice plus the documents that i already have a baby who is 18 months with my husband so what else I need to proof to them ???? as well as I dont wanna get refused too i dont know what to do but 350 for a paper is not logicalll for me

I´m happy to announce that am gettin married on October 02 and today my whole fam was in the emabssy they got the visa- no inmigrant- we are luck! they will stay with us in our big day. About the interview is wasnt difficult just a few question and that s all visa approved.

I will be flyign to US in September 28 cos of my fiancee´s work. Anyways I wanna bring all my documents and forms already done from here (I´m in Perú) and enclose my certificate of marriage for the next process. We decided get marry in NY (Catskill) something little and familiar (country wedding ) first I must appear in person for my marriage licence there. I would like to know about how much is the fee for the next step I mean my adjust condition ( social security and all of that I have been thinking to start to work in January) I found sound information saying is almost $1000 anyways I would thanks ur advicers as usual and tips

this is an exciting months for sure ! I went to see the Dr. Sandro Corigliano all I paid is $95.0 plus S/.274.00 per the vaccination. It was not too bad all the price ! The Dr. is nice and very friendly. Now am filled all my papers and well I will be back with some questions hope u can give me some advicers as usual.

I called to the embassy and Yes I already know now when is my interview! awww is going to be at July 15! so Thanks a lot Shanon for sharing ur experience of cours am going to do everything as soon as posible! I have a question for you all now that I know what kind of documents I need so Could I start to get everything including the medical tests ??? or need to wait for the letter that the embassy in Lima sent to me with all the intrucctions?? I was reading before that I need to show one letter of the embassy to the doctor I already know what Doctor I will visit cos I will tell ya the name later.

My god am so happy and a little nervous my fiance is coming from Houston tomorrow he is very excited !

I wanna share with you all this last news! we already got the packet 3. The topic here is that I didnt receive any notice or packet; my fiance ( the petioner) who is from NY he was receiving each document including the number 3. I wonder why I was not getting any document to my address in Lima??? anyways am happy cos everythin is working good and we can´t wait for the visa!! I dont know if you know this but my fiance and I we already are parents of a little girl and we were livin in Peru cos of my career and also his career & work until a few months ago that we decided to start all the legal process for me. My daughter she got double citizen awwwwww noe helppp! what s coming now??? thanks everyone for the advicers !!
