Update, I just wanted to update everyone on my recent experience, i had my daughter appointment for CRBA couple of days ago, i was able to prove that i stayed in US For 5 Years, Which i did, my high-school transcript, collage transcript, my immunization record, tax filled up. the processing officer asked did asked me about my stay in US and when i moved to Canada, i was honest and told them about my stay, afterward, the officer congratulated us and my daughter, she is a US citizen, her CRBA should come within two week,

Hello Good Day Everyone, just needing a help with a certification. i am a dual citizen, US and Canada. i moved to US in November 2011 and lived in US until July 2017, my primary residance for those years was soley in US. i got married in early 2016 in Canada and when i received my Canadian PR in 2017, i moved to Canada in 2017, and since then my primary residance have been in Canada. My i gave birth to my daughter this november and i am looking to apply for her US birth certificate and passport. my question is , 1- will i encounter any issue while applying ? 2- what is physical presence calculator ? do i need to have lived in US for certain period. your response would be greatly appricated ?
