  1. hey like you, we also filed aos on april and haven't heard anything from them after we received ead... i was beginning to do an infopass appointment to follow up... i looked at the processing times for baltimore and it says they're processing july 2007 at that time... so i had psyched myself that it maybe more than a year's wait for us... then we recieved this interview appointment letter on sept 15.... our interview will be on october 22... so just hang in there... yours will be in the mail soon...i don't think the processing times they have listed are really accurate

    Congrats!

  2. Hello all... :secret:

I notice that some April filers already had they "welcome letter", and few (or less) have a "interview letter". :dancing:

I remember once to read in some post that does not really matter if you are transfered or not because the approval for AOS happen almost in the same time...

Well, that is not so true...

From what I see, not so true. Our AOS hasn't been touched since it arrived. We have EAD and AP though. There is no 'transfer' or anything like so many folks have here.

Our local Wash DC office date for I485s is Aug 2007. We have no information that our case was possibly transferred there. No date for I130s.

    Any insight?

    :bonk:

  3. Hi stat lovers, here's the updated list of April filers as of August 31th....

    So far, in total,

    50 (+0) AP approvals, 66 (+0) EAD approvals, 50 (+0) transfers, 17 (+0) interview date and....

    Hey all,

We've been sittin' back and waiting and haven't logged on much... see some folks have successes (congrats!) others have problems (good luck!).

Our status is unchanged from late June - EAD approved, AP approved. The I485 and I130 haven't been touched since April when they first showed up on Case Status of the USCIS site.

From the stats K&W put together, it looks like a lot of people have had their cases 'transferred'.

Should we be concerned that nothing has happened? I am unsure of what to do or if everything is normal.

People that had RFEs received email updates by the USCIS account alert email right? I ask because maybe something of ours was lost in our mail.

Thanks to everyone for the help and support!

    Cheers,

    David and Marta
