well i will be able to make a trip out to visit her before the interview to take pictures, but will they require them before they will send out a NOA2, was my question

i do not have any picture evidence available... if they do request them, what are my options? so i can be planned for the future

i recently got engaged to my fiance..and already have recieved my NOA1, but one of my friends told me that the immigration will require pictures of both me and my fiance togehter, which i do not have... i submitted proof of meeting in person, which was my passport showing my entry and departure into india...will this be sufficient??

I was previousily married and my previous wife came to the united states on a k-1 visa, and we did marry with in 90 days, but a couple of years later it ended in a divorce due to differences. Will this give the immigration a reason to deny my application for my I-129F for my current fiance that i have already applied, this has me kind of worried.

I was finishing up my fiance's G-325A form. Does my fiance sign the bottom of that form or can i sign it....its gonna delay the process if i have to mail it to her and than she mails it back to me. And also the big black box where they want teh applicants name, is that my information of my fiances or do they want the petitioners information? Thanks

so, if i do not want to state her school address, i do not have to ...is that correct?.. this wont come back and haunt me later during her interview or anything will it? or they do not ask about her schooling and work history?

Im getting ready to complete the G-325A for my fiance. They are requesting the previous 5 years address and employment. She is currently residing in Chandigarh, India where she is studying , which is her current address and previous to this she went to school in a different city. On our I-129F i used her village address, which is the one she wanted listed becasue that is where her family resides and it is her permanent address. Should i just fill out her current address, wehre she is going to school or should i just notate her village address as her only address for the previous 5 years on the G-325A. I just want to make it easy as possible on her, rather than giving her a big run around back home trying to get police reports from all different cities and such. please help. Thanks much

Hi...how is everybody doin? I need help in my filling out my I-129 to petition for my fiance from India to come to the USA so we can get married. I recently visited india with my parents in februry 2008 Through my parents i was introduced to my fiance in india where we met only twice and spent some time together, but we did not get engaged in india and did not take any photographs with each other. We got engaged once I came back to the united states, and our only contact has been through the phone since we have been back in the united states. I do have my boarding pass and passport which shows my visit to india. Will they require pictures of us both together when i send the petition in? and what is a letter of intent they are askin for from me and my fiance? any examples ? do i need to also add a cover letter? also any examples. I currently am stayin in touch with my fiance over the phone, but i usually make the calls with calling cards due to the fact of how expensive itnernational calls over regular cell phones or land lines... or do i need to start using my own phone to prove our conversations?

Will it help my case if i applied for my petition now and maybe made a trip back to india and spent some more time with my fiance and had pictures taken after i already sent the petition in?

would greatly appreciate the quick response because i woudl not like to delay my petition application, due to the fact the logner i wait the longer its goin to take.
