Hi guys, I need your help to find out this for somebody. If somebody was detained in the store for minor shoplifting but he wasn't arrested. Though, He was given a court hearing for shoplifting. As of now the case is still pending. I need your guys opinions what should he answer in part 3 and question 7? Thanks.

Here is my situation... I am from the US and my fiancee is from the pakistan,Our K1 visa was approved in March 17 unfortunately things didn't work out between the 2 of us,. I lost in touch with her after she received her visa. Apparently the number I used to reach her is switched off. After all my best efforts I failed to reach her,than i contact with my friend,he working for airlines,he told me She has travelled to US on 04 April 2010 enter to usa newyork without telling me,i aready send my withdraw letter to the U.S. Embassy Islamabad pakistan,but i really need help here ,thankyou

Thanks for your responses. Let me little bit elobarate on my relative particular situation. The situation is a little bit more complicated. He is unable to reach his fiance after she received the visa. There are good chances that it's a fraudulent case. So he is unsure if she already arrived to U.S on the fiance visa. What if she already arrived to U.S, is there any way to find out if the visa has been used?

How can i save him from any future legal troubles? I mean if he is unable to locate her and she starts to live here illegally, would he go through any legal troubles? Would he still be able to sponsor anybody else in the future?

Hi Guys! I have a update on my case. It was touched yesterday and the current status changed from Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing to a new status This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.. Hi Guys- I have general inquiry. I came across with the fact that some people cases get transfered to CSC even they are on the area of Vermont Service Center. There are also some people their cases wouldn't even transfered to CSC. Does it mean anything if it transfers to Service center?

By the grace of God, My Wife's case is transfered to CSC and all the cases are showing online. Good Luck to all and hope things will move speedily.

HPV (Human papillomavirus vaccine) IF she is 11 through 26 years of age.

Remember there are contraindications if the women is pregnant and there are some age requirements for vaccines.

As it is stated in the USCIS site that If the applicant had his/her medical exam done after June 1, 2008 then he/she doesn't need TB skin test. As it was assumed the TB skin test was already done at the overseas clinic since the new requirement in forced on June 1, 2008.

I am about to apply for AOS soon. I will goto a hospital, instead of a civil surgeon, at their adjult injection center to get the shots since it is covered by my health insurance. I dont know if the doctors know or not what the required shots will be for my wife. She has not done any shots in China.

Im a bit confused about what shots are required. The memo(http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/civil_ti_vacc_2008_three.htm) from USCIS contains..

Rotavirus vaccine should be given orally to children 6 through 32 weeks of age.

Hepatitis A vaccine should be given to children 12 through 23 months of age.

Tetravalent meningococcal conjugate vaccine should be given to persons 11 through 18 years of age. Tetravalent meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine is an acceptable alternative.

Human papillomavirus vaccine should be given to girls and women 11 through 26 years of age.

Zoster vaccine should be given to persons 60 years of age or older.

Hepatitis B vaccine should be given to all applicants from birth through 18 years of age.

Influenza vaccine should be given annually to children 6 through 59 months of age; it continues to be required for adults 50 years of age or older.

Acellular pertussis-containing vaccines are available for use in persons at least 10 years of age.

Is this the whole list? Is there a chart somewhere that has all the required vaccine shots for AOS and the age requirements?

Also she had her medical less than a year ago, but i read that there is a new requirement about TB skin test. Does she need this?

If you don't have record it's not a big deal though. My wife also didn't have a vaccination record since it wasn't provided by the American embassy's panel physician in hers home country. So what we did, we just went through a Full exam that costs us $200 includes all the required immunization. First thing they do is to check what immunization the applicant has. If you don't have any immunization record then they simply test the blood and find out what it is immune too. For instance my wife was immune to MMR, Td, Hepitatius B. Dr just put in that info on the form. Good Luck.

May be they forgot to sign it because look: if your package arrived at the arrival unit the same time as mine probably they will deliver it at the same time not to mention that we're both usng same address. I also started to wonder about my package confimation signature...My package was not signed by the receiver and it was showing the address where my package was delivered. I believe yours got there already.

Listen to this....i called the local postal office and inquire about the packet i mailed. They are saying that they don't have any express mails sitting in their post office. Sometimes it takes some days until it arrives if you don't live close to it.

And there was a holiday on tuesday.

Well. I think it takes about 1 day and 5 hours from Tucson, AZ to Chicago IL by car. If he sent his package last Thurday, it should be there the nxt day..however, if the package was being sent after the "drop off time"..there's no guarantee that it will arrived the following day. I sent my package last Thursday as well @ 2:32 pm. I did a research from usps website about the drop off time. The drop off time of that post office where I sent my AOS package was around 3:45 pm. My package was delivered @ 9:45 am to Chicago L Box.

Do we need G-325A for both Applicant and Petitioner in filling for AOS packet?

I was told by a civil surgeon that my wife is required to take meningococcal vaccination. I was reading the new requirements that this vaccination is only be given to persons 11 through 18 years.

My second question is that is there anyway that she can get away with Human papillomavirus vaccine. I have my doubts with this vaccine. Its newly introduced and nobody knows the long term side affects of this vaccine.

I was told that since my wife had already medically examined before the K-1 interview and the Medical packet was taken at POE and theoretically it will be forwarded to the USCIS. Now i am applying for her AOS I-485 Packet. I need to have that Supplementary Vaccination Form Done. I have talked to few doctors in my area and all of them are contradicting with each other. Some are recommending about 10 vaccinations and some are only three as MMR and Td. What is really the requirement? There is nothing i found relevant to that. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
