I have a valid tourist US visa in my expired passport. I understand that I can still use my valid US visa but my new passport is not the same nationality as my passport with the valid visa. Will I be allowed to use my expired passport with valid visa and new passport of a different nationality to enter the US?

Yes, I gave up my South African citizenship and my new passport is not South African but I do have the same name in my new passport and it does say that I was born in South Africa.
