You should get it soon. on the back of your cleared check is your receipt number, starts with EAC. and with that you can check status online.

Hello all! I am new to forum and its very comforting to know that others are in same situation as me. Problem. I submitted I-129F packet on Feb 20, received NOA 1. After reading all the threads I realize I made a boo boo. The letter of intent from my Finace was a faxed copy in spanish. I had it translated and certified by translator but now I realize it should have been in origianl form.

Has anyone received RFE for this. I read somewhere that they made Fiance sign letter of intent at embassy also.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
