    It was an emergency sitiation and I really hadnt a choice. I realize it, that's why I am asking here for advice. We submited photos, travel tickets, money transfers, and 1 letter. We have insuarance policies, water, electric bills, leasing appartment, pictures of wedding. We didnt list yet all evidencies that we have.

    Hello! I have a pending I-485 since March 2023. My mother needs care thats why I spent much time outside the US, about 7 months. And now my husband got request for evidence for i-130: "Submit evidence that proves that you have a valid marriage, and it was not entered into for immigration purposes". We need to rensponse till the end of May. The problem is that I need to help mother during her surgery, so I need to leave the US for few months again. But I am worring about this sitution. I have a multiple AP now. Maybe I should give them additional evidence or something else? Has anybody same experience?
