Has anyone been refused for an "incomplete application" after I-601 waiver approval? It has taken weeks for the consulate to tell us we are receiving a refusal with the passport back via DHL and now we don't even know if they have sent it, because there is no tracking number. Its been two years waiting on the waiver decision and now we dont know how long this will take. Anyone have any experience with this?
